Marty Scanlon

Marty Scanlon is a recent graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where he received a BFA in acting.  Along with ensemble113, he has worked with Emerald City Theatre, Quest Theatre Ensemble, and most recently, the Strange Tree Group. Other recent credits include Bradley in Buried Child, Jimmy in History of the American Film, and the title role in Hedwig and the Angry Inch.  Marty also enjoys playing and writing music, filming/editing short films, and makeup design.  He also hopes to continue his education in stage combat to become a certified fight director.
